Our Digital Core Values cards were a new upgrade from the previous tactile paper versions, which could only be handed out in person. I created a system to digitize these at scale for over 500 people across the nation, and wanted documentation to support adoption of our new org-wide form of remote-friendly appreciation.
As a Senior Editor, my role shifted from editing articles to empowering teams and lines-of-business with their own self-publishing on WordPress. This allowed me to have more of a strategic vision — and I took initiative by creating resources to better support producing quality content across teams. I've omitted all but page one here due to sensitive information with our internal processes.
